EU COC acts as an intermediary service provider that assists customers in obtaining original and official vehicle Certificates of Conformity (COC) issued by manufacturers or their authorized representatives.

The availability of a COC depends on the vehicle’s eligibility, manufacturer records, and applicable regulations. We do not modify, alter, or create certificates ourselves.

3. Ordering Process

To place an order, customers must provide accurate and complete vehicle information, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

  • Make and model

  • Year of manufacture

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. EU COC is not liable for delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete data.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€) unless stated otherwise and include applicable service fees. Taxes, shipping, or courier fees may apply depending on the selected delivery method.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of order. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Delivery of Documents

EU COC offers both:

  • Digital delivery (via email)

  • Paper delivery via courier

The delivery method is selected by the customer during the ordering process. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the manufacturer, vehicle type, and external factors beyond our control.

6. Validity and Acceptance of COC

Certificates of Conformity provided through EU COC are original and intended for use with relevant vehicle registration and motor vehicle authorities. Acceptance of a COC is subject to local laws, vehicle condition, and whether the vehicle remains unmodified.

EU COC does not guarantee acceptance if the vehicle has been altered or does not match the manufacturer’s original specifications.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and document-based nature of the services, orders may not be refundable once processing has begun or the document has been issued.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer refusal

  • The service has not yet started

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Processing fees may be non-refundable.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information

  • Use the documents only for legal and legitimate purposes

  • Verify local authority requirements before ordering

EU COC is not responsible for consequences arising from misuse of documents or failure to comply with local regulations.

  • Delays caused by manufacturers or third parties

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

All content on the EU COC website, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the intellectual property of EU COC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
